18.12.2020 A detail-oriented and well organized art-handler. He/She will be responsible for the whole process of storage inventory maintenance and shipping artworks for our global clients.
Daily tasks include but are not limited to: using the location system to find the artworks, physically inspecting each work condition, preparation of the artworks for shipment (including packing). Implementing comprehensive condition report procedures for all incoming works and works that have been challenged, record keeping and database management. Inventory maintenance and keeping database up to date. Leasing with the Operations team and coordinating the daily movement of incoming/outgoing artworks.

Qualifications for the role
Previous experience with handling artworks safely is required
Minimum 3 years of Art Handling experience
Proven ability and commitment to working collaboratively
Intermediate English and German language skills in written, and oral, as well as visual communication proficiencies, including the ability to draft documentation

The ideal candidate will be initiative and must maintain efficiency in their daily tasks that help the business run smoothly.
