14.01.2020 The Project Assistant is a full-time role dedicated to the planning, design, and development of the events happening during Zurich Art Weekend. The Project Assistant will be working in close relationship with all venues and partners of Zurich Art Weekend.
•Leading, organising and coordinating public and VIPs events, including talks, guided tours, collection and artists’ studio visits, performances, cocktails and other festive gathering.
•Assisting the Director of Operations in major events
•Selecting and managing service providers for the realisation of public and VIPs events
•Managing the project budget needs with the Director of Operations
