We are looking for volunteer performers to participate in Undressed, a choreographed social situation by artist and choreographer Alexandra Bachzetsis, taking place at Basel Social Club/ courtyard during a late-night program on Monday, June 16th.
This is not a performance in the traditional sense — there is no stage, no clear beginning or end. Instead, Undressed unfolds subtly and organically within a party-like atmosphere. As the evening progresses, participants gradually and discreetly exchange clothing with one another, blending seamlessly into the surrounding crowd. Guests are served drinks; music plays; the line between observer and performer dissolves.
Key Details:
• You will be part of a group of approx. 30 volunteer performers
• The performance is integrated into a social setting; you will appear as a regular guest
• No formal dance or acting experience is required, but comfort with subtle physical improvisation and being in a live, interactive environment is essential
• The work involves clothing exchange in a respectful, non-exploitative, non-nude context.
• Body positivity is important and a comfortable, natural understanding of the exposure of the dressed and undressed body in public space.

18:00 - 20:00 On site briefing and rehearsal onsite with Alexandra
20:30 – 21:30 performance
