What You Will Do
During this programme, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting and engaging locals to join our platform and become experience hosts. Your core responsibilities include:
Growing our community by sourcing and recruiting diverse personalities for our Originals and Youniq experience categories.
Using social media creatively to engage and attract new members.
Interacting with locals in writing, through calls, and in visual formats to inspire them to host experiences.
Collaborating closely with our Operations and Experience Curation teams to ensure the right candidates are onboarded.
Supporting strategic initiatives to enhance community-building efforts as the company scales.
