COMMUNICATION AND VIP ASSISTANT

06.01.2022 ZURICH ART WEEKEND is seeking for a creative individual with excellent writing and digital skills to support the communication and the VIP program for our cultural organisation. This position at ZAW provides hands-on marketing and events management experience in the arts and cultural sector.
The candidate will work directly under the lead of ZAW’s general manager and assist in the following TASKS:
– Conceptualisation and implementation of the 2022 communication strategy through a creative approach
– Production of written and visual communication content for printed and digital channels, social media and press
– Creation and development of social media campaigns and monitoring of ZAW social media performance (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIN, etc.)
– Exchange with the art institutions, galleries, off-spaces, collections and publishers forming the heart of the Zurich art scene
– Development and coordination of ZAW public and VIP programs
– VIP Relations management for national and international collectors, artists, curators, critics etc.
– General administration tasks and database management
