Internship Project Assistant and Communications Manager (Nov - Feb/March)

29.09.2021 The internationally renowned E.A.T./Engadin Art Talks organize a yearly Forum of Art and Architecture in the beautiful mountain valley of Zuoz as well as well as smaller events in institutions around Europe.

In preparation of the next main event for next January, we are looking for an Internship Project Assistant and Communications Manager to support the small team as soon as possible.

Per 1. November or asap until Feb/March


Tasks include:
- Developing and executing Social Media & Communication Campaigns with the aim to significantly grow our audiences
- Assisting in Event Management
- Digital Marketing
- Admin and Personal Assistant work

Your Profile:
- You are highly organized with great event management skills and an eye for the detail.
- You have excellent writing and communications skills and a hands-on mindset.
- You have relevant work experience in event management and/or editing.
- You can handle Social Media Accounts and Youtube channels, have experience in developing a communication campaign and most importantly growing our audiences.
- You can work in a small team and keep calm under pressure.
- You have excellent IT skills and can work with InDesign and Microsoft Office as well as different Event Management tools such as Mailchimp, Paperless.
- You know how to handle databases.
- Very good English and German skills.

80-100 %

Work location Uster. Partly remote working possible upon agreement.
