We are seeking a Community Manager to oversee our online community, manage website content, and provide sales support through effective marketing materials.
Role:
This position is immediately available and ideal for an enthusiastic individual passionate about community building, digital content creation, and supporting sales efforts. As the Community Manager, you will drive our online engagement, manage our website’s content, and assist the sales team in communicating ArtMeta’s value proposition.
Location:
Zug, Switzerland, with partial remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow ArtMeta’s online community across platforms like X, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and Medium.
- Oversee and update content on ArtMeta’s website to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.
- Create visually appealing content to support community and sales efforts.
- Assist the sales team by developing marketing materials using Adobe InDesign, including presentations and decks, to communicate ArtMeta’s value proposition.
- Write and edit content for newsletters, web pages, and social media platforms.
- Engage with community members, respond to inquiries, and ensure positive, consistent interaction across all channels.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing social media platforms and website content.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign is mandatory.
- Strong writing and content creation skills.
- Ability to engage with and build relationships within online communities.
- Interest in digital art, NFTs, and Web3.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and sales support strategies.
- Good English skills are mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
