Key responsibilities:
• General office administration and logistics support
• Assisting senior team members with sales administration and business development
• Social media content creation and copywriting support
• Event organisation and support
• Artworks handling and exhibitions support
Competencies and requirements:
• Swiss work permit or EU passport required
• High attention to details and precision
• Business and commercial-oriented attitude
• Strong interest in contemporary art market/ art logistics and administration / art marketing. Passion for the art market is a must.
• Microsoft Office and Computer literacy (good Excel skills)
• Photoshop and video editing tools practical knowledge
• Very good written and spoken English (English copywriting skills), German desirable
• Creative team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Comfortable to commute to the workplace on a daily basis

Position Type:
12-months internship (60-100% to be discussed, full time preferred) in our Zug and Zurich premises in Switzerland. Possibility to take a role within the company after successfully completing the internship.
